We need 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order before it ships. Every WizPup set is inspected and packed by hand — we make sure it's perfect before it leaves our hands.
Once shipped, estimated delivery is 6 to 9 business days, depending on your location. Public holidays or unexpected circumstances may slightly affect delivery times.
Because each order is packed and prepared individually for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind — so please make sure to select your correct size. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or in worse condition than expected, please contact us within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date so we can make it right. We're unable to process claims after this window.

What size should I get for my dog?
Check the collar measurement, not just weight! Our sizes are: S (up to 7 lbs, neck 20–40 cm), M (8–15 lbs, neck 30–50 cm), and L (16–30 lbs, neck 40–62 cm). The collar is fully adjustable, so as long as your pup's neck falls in the range, you're good. When in doubt between two sizes, size up.
